First time customer at this location and first time buyer of a brand new Dry Van.TROY in the sales department is hands down a honest and respectable salesman.I honestly don't know how the transaction from spec , build,to the day I took possession of it could have went any smoother.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Miguel was awsome, got me into shop to have aluminum rub rails welded within 30 minutes of arriving. Good work by tech and was fairly priced. Anybody needing trailer work done in the KC Metro? This is your shop.

We bought a brand 2020 new trailer in 2019 from Jeff Meehan. A year later we had a major issue with it that would have cost us a fortune to fix and that was technically no longer under warranty. Jeff fought hard to get the situation rectified and took care of us. I'm in Idaho but I will go to KC in the future and deal with Jeff every time I need a trailer. Go see Jeff!!

I was looking for a particular spec new trailer and Jeff Meehan had one on the ground. I wanted to add a lift-gate and a few other modifications and Jeff was engaged to make it happen quickly!. He made the whole buying process straightforward and uncomplicated. Which is saying something when you are doing a long distance purchase. The service techs did a great job installing the lift-gate, adding extra e-trac and belly boxes - plus modifying the factory skirts. Pricing was fair and quality of work was excellent. My customers are very particular and Jeff made the extra effort to make sure I was happy!. Highly recommend!!

The service manager Scott here was honest and super nice. They took my trailer one hour before they closed and resolved my ABS issue in 30 minutes. Thank you very much.
